Since 22 August 2025, Mr. Turan EROL has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of our Company as the legal entity representative of OMSAN LOJİSTİK A.Ş. Born in 1961, Mr. EROL completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Karadeniz Technical University in 1985, his Master’s degree in Economics at Middle East Technical University in 1989, and his PhD in Financial Economics at Tinbergen Institute / Erasmus University in 1996. Mr. EROL is fluent in English.
Within the last 10 years, Mr. EROL has served as Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey (2009–2018), Independent Board Member of Turkish Airlines Inc. (2010–2011), Chairman of the Board of TCI Inc. (2010–2016), Independent Board Member of Turkish Technic Inc. (2010–2024), Independent Board Member of TÜMOSAN Inc. (2018–2024), Chairman of the Board of İSRA Portfolio Management Company (2023–2025), Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of SSTEK Inc. (2016–2024), and Independent Board Member as well as Advisor to the Chairman of the Board at ASELSAN (2015–2024). He has also been serving as Faculty Member at Istanbul Sebahattin Zaim University since 2016, Board Member of OSTİM Investment Inc. since 2019, Member of the Investment Committee of OSTİM GSYF since 2022, Independent Board Member of MEKA Global Inc. since 2023, and Independent Board Member of ZMS Inc. since 2025.
