Career opportunities are created for each member of the Hektaş family. In the light of performance evaluation outcomes, the development areas of the person are identified and supported by the trainings they need. Career planning is carried out by measuring the percentage of the candidate whose development is followed by some inventory techniques (personality inventory, foreign language exam and competency-based interview).
