About
Mr. Ali Murat ATMIŞ, who has been serving as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 7 May 2026, was born in 1979. He completed his undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University in 2004, completed a certificate program in Global Competitive Strategies in the United States in 2013, and obtained his Executive MBA degree from Bilkent University in 2014. He is fluent in English, has a good command of German, and an intermediate level of French.
Over the last 10 years, Mr. ATMIŞ has held the following positions: Commercial Manager at SABANCI Holding (SASA Polyester Sanayi A.Ş.) between 2004 and 2013; Commercial Manager at SOCAR Turkey A.Ş. (STAR Refinery) between 2013 and 2017; Project Coordinator at BIOKIM (Netherlands) in 2018; Strategy Director at Turkish Agricultural Cooperatives (Tarım Kredi Holding) between 2019 and 2020; Director of Investments at the Turkish Wealth Fund under the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye between 2020 and 2024; and Strategy and Investment Consultant at TERA Agricultural Technologies in 2025. Since 2024, he has been serving as Chairman of the Audit Board of the Turkish Modern Pentathlon Federation under the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye. Since 2025, he has also been serving as Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gendarmerie Public Order Foundation, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gendarmerie Public Order Foundation Group of Companies (JAVDES), Member of the Board of Directors of the Gendarmerie Public Order Foundation, and Shareholder and Member of the Board of Directors of Hisarlar Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
