Our Energy Management System Policy
As HEKTAŞ, we commit to:
• Setting objectives aligned with the policy, with the participation of our employees, creating actions to achieve these objectives, and providing the necessary resources,
• Monitoring all energy-related laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with their requirements,
• Establishing effective communication with all stakeholders to create shared value and beneficial outcomes regarding Energy Management,
• Using appropriate resources and technologies to keep energy under control,
• Increasing energy performance values in all processes, including energy efficiency and intensity,
• Ensuring the efficient use of natural resources and energy, and increasing the share of renewable energy sources in energy consumption,
• Reducing energy consumption, continuously improving energy efficiency, monitoring the implementation and results of these improvements,
• Using energy-efficient products for the improvement of energy performance, and ensuring the procurement of related services and design works,
• Continuously improving, documenting, communicating, reviewing, and keeping updated our Energy Management System,
• Contributing to raising awareness not only of our employees but also of our suppliers and subcontractors on energy sensitivity,
• Continuing our activities in cooperation with our suppliers and all employees in line with mutual benefits,
• Providing all information and resources necessary to achieve energy-related targets and objectives.
As HEKTAŞ, we undertake to ensure that our Energy Management Systems are understood
and implemented by all employees of our organization and become an integral part of a
sustainable energy management culture.
