Method Of Application
In apple codling moth management, sprayings are done according to a forecast and warning system. The aim of apple codling moth management is keeping the trees sprayed at the time of larva emergence in each generation and killing the larva before entering the fruit.
Grapevine leaf roller; it should be made 10 and 30 days after from the date when larvae leaves the winter quarters and comes to vineyard eyes first in the spring.
Against leaf weevil; During the dry season and when density of harmfulness is high, spraying is made once when the plants are 5-10 cm tall.
Sunn pest: When the sunn pest falls down the fields, some counts and assessments are made in the fields. As a result of this, it is decided for chemical management.
For cherry fruit fly, spraying should be done in 7-10 days after the first imago is caught on the yellow sticky trap.
Cereal weevil: Spraying is made 10 days after leaving the soil (Stem rising period).
Against white fly of eggplant; The area is entered from the direction of diagonals when it is contaminated with whitefly. In every five steps, 50 leaves are collected from the lower, middle and upper leaves. When there are 5 larvae+pupa per leaf, chemical management is administered.
Against tobacco white fly of cucurbits ; The area is entered from the direction of diagonals when it is contaminated with whitefly. In every five steps, 50 leaves are collected from the lower, middle and upper leaves. When there are 5 larvae+pupa per leaf, chemical management is administered.
Cotton bollworm in tomato: Treatment is immediately started if 5/100 plants are found to be contaminated.
Black bean aphid: The field is entered from the direction of diagonals as of April, in 3-5 steps, a random leaf is cut from the fresh leaves and shoots of the plants. As a result of counts made with loop in 25-50 leaves in legume family and 20-40 leaves in broad-leaved plants like Eggplant, Gourd Family and Cabbage; if number of pest corresponds to one leaf is 10-20, management is applied.
Apple ermine moth: In the 100 leaf bouquet that will represent the garden, spraying is made if there are 4 cluster of larvae that entered the epidermis or made the net.
A spraying against leaf psyllid in pistachio should be carried out when 20-30 nymphs are seen per compound leaf.
Against Potato Bug; When it reaches an average of 14-15C per day, it is entered in the diagonal direction of the field and the eggs, larvae and adults of the pest are searched in the quarries. If it is encountered in any period, it indicates that the field is contaminated. It should be done when the first mature larvae (4th period) are seen in the plants, when the application will be made against the first progeny. If the application is made to the second generation, it should be waited for the completion of egg opening. In this period, the application may not be necessary since the damage due to the insect density is tolerated by the plant. However, as a result of the researches, 20% of the damage caused by the potato beetle on the leaves of the potato plant can be tolerated by the plant and there is no decrease in the product. This rate goes up to 40% depending on the phenological period and development of the plant.
In cereal ground beetle, surface spraying is made.
Against olive black cochlea: Application time is determined according to active larvae hatching. For this purpose, active larvae hatching from eggs is determined by checking the egg-laying stems of that year on 20-25 cm long shoots from all four sides of the tree, in numbers to represent the garden, in the orchards to be sprayed. 1st in the period when 50% of the eggs are opened, and in the period when 90% of the eggs are hatched
The second application is made.
Against the Olive Fly: When the fruit is ripe for laying eggs, batter counts are made, and if there is an increase in the number of Olive Fly adults caught in sufficient percussion and traps, chemical control should be carried out.
Olive Moth: Application is not recommended in the offspring of the pest, however, if more than 10% damage is seen on leaves and new shoots per season in years when the crop is low, 1 spraying is applied 7-10 days after the first butterflies are caught in the flower generation. Preferably, spraying should be done only against fruit progeny. Spraying is done when there are live ‘eggs + larvae’ in 10% of the checked lentil-sized fruits.
Compatibility: It is recommended to carry out small-scale trial mixtures, before preparing a large-scale mixture.
