Method Of Application

Mildew and Powdery Mildew of Cucurbitaceae:

When the first symptoms of disease are observed, spraying is started. Administration should be continued by considering the severity of disease, climate conditions and duration of medicine. When the daily average temperature is above 27°C and relative humidity is below 50%, spraying should be discontinued.

Rice blast in rice:

Spraying is done when the disease is noticed in the field; second spraying is done 10 days later and a third one is done if necessary.

Powdery mildew in pepper (greenhouse-grown):

Spraying should be started once the first signs of disease are seen on plants and, if necessary, continued with at 10-12 day intervals.

Anthracnose in strawberry:

Spraying should be started once the first signs of disease are seen. 2nd spraying should be done 10 days after the first.

Mildew of tomato:

Management is started when brown spots with a diameter of 3-5 mm are noticed on tomato leaves, with a white ash-like conidiospore layer on the lower surface. Or in the places where disease appear every year, when the suitable conditions are met for disease, the administration is started. Application is continued at 10-12 day intervals depending on the course of disease and climatic conditions.

Mildew and early leaf blight in tomato (field-grown):

Spraying should be started once the first signs of disease are seen on plants and continued with at 10-12 day intervals.

Mildew in vineyard:

Spraying should be started when the offshoots are 25-30 cm long and continued with at intervals of 10-15 days.

Powdery mildew in vineyard:

1st spraying should be started when the offshoots are just 25-30 cm long; 2nd spraying should be done when petals have fallen; and 3rd and subsequent sprayings should be done based on disease progression. Spraying should be stopped when the berries start becoming sweet.

Dead arm of vineyard:

For summer sprayings; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd sprayings should be done when the offshoots are 2-3 cm, 8-10 cm, and 25-30 cm, respectively. In vineyards, at most 4 sprayings with Caira® should be done in a season and the number of consecutive applications shouldn’t exceed 3.
