Description

Specifications

A systemic insecticide with a wide spectrum of action. A versatile pesticide which can be used for the spraying of green parts, root collar spraying (soil spraying) and chemigation via drip irrigation. Excellent systemic action from roots. Exerts its action by contact and stomach. Has a very long effective period. When applied with irrigation water, it is taken in from the soil by roots and is carried to the leaves; remains effective against pests for 2-3 months. Due to its mechanism of action, soil spraying is not harmful for predators and parasites.

Method of Application

Drip Chemigation: First application is started when whiteflies are seen in tomato. First, the drip irrigation system is turned on for 5-6 minutes to soak the plants roots. Then, the required amount of pesticide (100 ml/da) is mixed in a tank and given to the system within a few minutes. The irrigation system is run for another 5-6 minutes so that the pesticide solution reaches the plants root depth. This application provides at least 40 days protection against whiteflies. For pruned eggplants, drip irrigation should be used to soak the plants effective root depth (15-20 cm) first. The irrigation system is run for approximately 2 hours to achieve this. Then, the required amount of pesticide
(100 ml/da) is mixed with water in the fertilizer tank and fed to the system within a few minutes. Irrigation is maintained for another 15-20 minutes so that the pesticide can reach effective root depth.
Feeding Water Application: When transplanting tobacco seedlings, the amount of feeding water for unit area is calculated first. Required amount of pesticide (50 ml/decare) is added to such amount of water and mixed with feeding water in the transplanters tank. Tap levels should be equal throughout the entire application so that the pesticide solution is distributed equally between plants. Whitefly in tomato: The greenhouse found to be contaminated by whitefly is entered diagonally. Every 5 steps, 50 leaves are collected from mid and top leaves. Treatment is started when an average of 5 larvae-pupae are found per leaf.
