USAGE AND DOSAGE
Unless recommended otherwise by the veterinarian;
DANILON Oral Granule is mixed with a small amount of food and administered in the following doses.
Loading Dose: 7.5 mg succibuzone per kg body weight (equivalent to one 10 gram sachet twice daily per 200 kg body weight) twice daily for 2 to 4 days
Maintenance Dose: 3.75 mg of succibuzone per kg of body weight twice a day for 3 to 6 days (equivalent to one sachet of 10 grams twice a day per 400 kg of body weight)
Half the recommended dose is administered to ponies and horses.
For situations that require less than a whole bag of application, use the scale included in the package.
One spoon of wiping contains 5 grams of granules (equivalent to half a sachet). The green line on the measure contains 2.5 mg of granules (equivalent to a quarter sachet).
Water consumption should not be restricted during the treatment. Straw may delay the absorption of succibuzone and thus the effectiveness of the drug.
For this reason, hay should not be given to animals just before or together with the drug.
